Do I need the Mac app?
Stash on Mac is the capture side; StashGo reads that vault. You can read an existing vault on iPhone without the Mac open, but you need Stash to capture new snippets.
Is my data private?
Yes. Snippets are end-to-end encrypted and sync through your own iCloud. SmartDojo cannot read them and there is no SmartDojo account.
Is it a subscription?
StashGo is a one-time purchase. You pay once to unlock, and it restores on your other devices with the same Apple ID.
What is free?
The free StashGo download shows your single most-recent snippet, fully working (view and copy). Unlocking the full vault is $4.99 once; Pro features are a $4.99 add-on; Everything is $7.99.
Does AI cost extra?
On-device Apple Intelligence is included at no per-use cost. Cloud providers are optional and use your own API key, billed by that provider.
