Common questions
StashGo shows an empty vault
StashGo reads the vault that Stash for Mac creates. Install Stash on a Mac, sign in to the same iCloud account, and let it sync at least one snippet before opening StashGo. On first launch, iCloud key delivery can take a minute or two.
I bought an unlock but it's not showing on another device
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it.
Exporting a diagnostic log
Settings → Support and diagnostics → enable logging, reproduce the issue, then Export support log. Attach the exported file to your email; logs never include snippet contents or keys.
